Based on true events, IF WALLS COULD TALK weaves together lived experiences of urban poor people living with disabilities in Lagos, Nigeria. The film calls attention to ongoing human rights abuses, promoting the dignity and political visibility of people living with disabilities in the city, while offering a portrait of a young man on a search for belonging.
